How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

We keep the information as long as it is required for us to fulfil the services to you, and as is required for financial and accounting purposes and as we are otherwise contractually or legally required to do so.

Right of Access To Your Data

You have a right to know what data we store about you. You can do this by submitting a request to the address shown at the top of the page. We will respond to requests within one month.

Where possible, we will provide the data in a common portable data format.

Please note that we have the right to refuse requests under some circumstances, for example (but not limited to): if we have already provided you with the data; the request is unfounded or excessive; the request would mean disclosing information about another person.

Right of Correction

You have the right to request us to correct incomplete or incorrect data that we hold. You can do this by submitting a request to the address shown at the top of the page. We will respond to requests within one month.

Right To Be Forgotten

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will cease to process any further information, except where this is required to complete our obligations to you and your obligations to us. However, this means that we will no longer be able to provide you with services.

You have the right under some circumstances to request that we delete data about you. The circumstances under which we are not required to delete data include (but are not limited to) that the data is still required for the purpose for which it was supplied to us and is required to comply with legal obligations.
